Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Booking data: first name, last name, email, phone, notes, date, chosen activity and number of participants (adults, children, infants if applicable).
• Contact form data: first name, last name, email, phone and message.
• Browsing data and strictly necessary cookies (cookie choice, booking cart session).
• With your consent: measurement data (Google Analytics) and advertising data (Google Ads), plus internal tracking of campaign source.

We do not store credit card details. Online payment is handled by third-party providers (Stripe and/or Prontoischia).

• To carry out the booking, confirm it, process payments and send you times and the meeting point (legal basis: contract, GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• To reply to requests from the form or by phone (legal basis: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in providing assistance).
• To meet accounting, tax and legal duties (legal basis: legal obligation, GDPR art. 6.1.c).
• To keep the website and booking cart working (legal basis: legitimate interest, strictly necessary cookies).
• Usage statistics and advertising, only if you gave consent in the cookie banner (legal basis: consent, GDPR art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time.

Data are processed by our staff to organise the excursions. They may be shared, within the purposes above, with:

• Payment providers: Stripe and/or Prontoischia, to collect and reconcile the amount due.
• Guides, skippers or operational partners of the excursion, for the participant list and meeting point.
• Google, only with consent, for Analytics (ID G-9QCE71GCXW) and Google Ads.
• Public authorities, if required by law.

Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer uses the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep data for as long as needed for the booking and afterwards for legal duties (especially accounting and tax). Contact form data are used to reply to the request. Preference cookies last up to 12 months, unless you delete them.

On first visit we show a banner so you can choose cookies. You can refuse all non-essential cookies, accept them all, or customise.

• Necessary: they store your choice (cookie_choice) and the booking cart.
• Google Analytics: visit measurement, only with consent.
• Internal tracking: campaign source (UTM parameters), only with consent.
• Targeted advertising: Google Ads and conversion attribution, only with consent.

The site is not intended for under-16s booking on their own. Bookings are made by an adult, including for any child participants.
