Yes, the price is shown as “from … € per person”. The total is calculated in the booking box according to date, option and number of participants.

On some activities yes, for example the island bus tour. Age and price are on the activity page, along with adult, child and infant fares if available. If you are travelling with small children, also check the duration and type of outing.

Yes. For groups, the hotel where you are staying (needed for pickup), or special requests, use Contacts or call 081.1975.1965: these are not handled by the standard booking form alone.

It depends on the activity. The bus tour and treks generally include hotel transfer. Boat tours leave from the ports (Ischia Porto, Casamicciola, Lacco Ameno, Forio, according to the activity page). The exact meeting point and time are on the page and in the confirmation.

It is listed on each activity page. For example, Aragonese Castle and Borgo di Celsa includes transfer, entrance ticket and guide. Meals, extras and anything not listed are not included: do not assume swimming, lunch or transfer apply to every outing.

On a boat: swimsuit, towel, sun protection, water and a light waterproof. For trekking: closed shoes, water and a hat. For visits: comfortable shoes. Extra details are in the “Important information” section of the activity page.

Most activities in the catalogue are easy, but not all are suitable for everyone. The Aragonese Castle is not suitable for severe mobility issues. For pushchairs, reduced mobility or seasickness, ask first or read the activity page.

The outing leaves at the stated time. Arrive with time to spare, especially at the ports. If you think you will be late, call 081.1975.1965 immediately.

To see the island from the sea: the boat tour (about 3 hours, from several ports). To visit the six towns without driving: the bus tour with hotel pickup. You can then add Capri, Procida or the Amalfi Coast.

Boat: coastline, Sant'Angelo, the Magician's Grotto and the sea. Bus: towns, a guide and hotel pickup, better with children or if you prefer not to go by boat. Many guests do both on different days.

Capri: a full day (about 8 hours), with a stop at Marina Grande. Procida: a half day (about 5 hours), Corricella and Terra Murata. Positano and Amalfi: a full day (about 8 hours), returning in the evening. Times and prices only on the activity page.

If sea or weather conditions do not allow the excursion to run safely, we will contact you. In that case we offer an alternative date or explain the next steps. If you have a question on the day of departure, call 081.1975.1965.

Unless the activity page says otherwise, cancellations are refunded as follows: if the request arrives at least 2 days before the booked date, a full refund; the day before, a 50% fee; on the same day, no refund.
