The Escursioni Ischia website is run by Itiner Srl, a tour operator based in Ischia at Via Nuova Cartaromana 125, 80077 Ischia (NA), VAT IT05706061214. We are not a third-party aggregator: activities are organised locally.

The contract covers the excursion or activity on the listing page, with the date, time, meeting point, participants and price confirmed at booking. Prices, times and what is included are those on the listing at the time of purchase. For a plain-language summary see also the FAQs and How it works.

Choose the activity, the date and the number of participants. There are two modes:

• Instant availability: the place is confirmed, you pay online and receive confirmation within moments. The contract is formed when payment is made.
• On request: you send the form; our team checks and contacts you. You pay only after availability is confirmed. The contract is formed when you pay after that confirmation.

You receive a confirmation email, or an acknowledgement of the request, with booking code, date, time and meeting point. Keep these details.

Leisure activities with a specific date are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(n)). The cancellation and refund rules on this page still apply.

The price on the listing is per person, shown as “from … €”. The total is calculated in the booking box by date, option and participants, taxes included. Child or infant fares, if any, are on the listing.

Online payment is by card through the site's payment systems (Stripe and/or Prontoischia). We do not store card details. For on-request activities you are not asked to pay before confirmation.

What is included is stated on the activity page. Meals, extras and anything not listed are not included.

Unless the activity page says otherwise, these rules apply when you cancel:

To cancel or change the date, contact us at 081.1975.1965 or via the contact form, quoting your booking code. The time we receive the request is what counts. A date change is subject to the same timings, unless the listing says otherwise and subject to availability of the new date.

If sea or weather conditions do not allow the excursion to run safely, we will contact you. In that case we offer an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid.

The same rule applies if we cannot provide the activity for reasons not attributable to you (for example an operational impossibility). You are not required to pay for a service that is not delivered.

You must be at the meeting point at the stated time, with a margin especially at the ports. The outing leaves at the scheduled time. If you think you will be late, call 081.1975.1965 immediately. A no-show without notice is treated as a same-day cancellation.

You are responsible for choosing an activity suitable for you and the other participants (age, fitness, seasickness, mobility). Difficulty and warnings are on the listing: for example some visits are not suitable for severe mobility issues. Follow the guide's or skipper's instructions.

Itiner Srl organises the activity with professional care. We are not liable for delays or impediments due to force majeure, third parties or your failure to follow these terms, within the limits of consumer-protection law.

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the Italian Consumer Code remain in force, including the consumer's court of jurisdiction.
